Commissions can be set per product or per salesperson. They can be percentage based or flat rate.

Referrals
Tracking and crediting referrals becomes almost simplistic with Optigold ISP. Now you can give free service (months, days and/or hours) or a dollar amount to customers that refer other customers to your service. You can give them the referral credit every xx (you designate the number) referrals.

Optigold can be set to only pay referrals after the referred customer has been a valid customer for a set amount of time. You can give a percentage of the new customer's setup fees as the referral fee. Or maybe you want to give them a percentage of a month of service they pay for. You can also set referrals to be paid multiple times (maybe you give someone $5 per month for the first 6 months that the referred customer is a paying customer).

Referral thank you letters can be set to automatically go to the referring customer.

Commissions
Salespeople can be setup to receive commissions based on products or services their customers purchase. You can pay commissions indefinitely, or for the first xxx days after a customer signs up for service.

You can set percentage based commissions on a per salesperson basis, with the ability to override commissions (both percentage and flat rate) on a per product/service basis that the customer pays for.
